Data Retention: We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Deleted transformations are kept in trash for 30 days for recovery, then permanently deleted. Custom brand voices and preferences are retained until you delete them or close your account. You can request full account deletion at any time.

Database and Authentication
Stores your account data, content transformations, and manages authentication. Supabase is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and GDPR compliant.
Payment Processing
Depending on your region and account type, payments are handled by one of our payment processors: Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1), Paddle (Merchant of Record, global tax compliance), or Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). We never store your card details. All card data is handled directly by the active processor.
AI Content Transformation & Enhancement
Our platform routes requests across multiple AI providers depending on the selected model: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini). Your content is sent to the selected provider solely to generate your requested output. It is never used to train any provider's models. OpenAI is SOC 2 Type 2 certified; all providers maintain enterprise-grade data handling standards. Additional AI providers may be integrated over time.
CDN, Security & Infrastructure
All traffic to ContentRemade passes through Cloudflare's global edge network for DDoS protection, performance optimization, and SSL termination. Cloudflare may process connection metadata (IP address, request headers) as part of this service.
Rate Limiting & Caching
We use Upstash's serverless Redis to enforce rate limits and cache frequently accessed data. Rate limiting data includes your user ID and request timestamps. No content data is stored in Redis, only usage counters that expire automatically.
