Studio (custom pricing): Custom credit allocation, unlimited seats, all platforms, dedicated support. Contact us for pricing
Credit Usage: Credits are calculated dynamically based on token usage. Your final credit cost depends on the AI model selected, output length, and language. See the live credit preview before each request.
Credit Top-Up: Available when subscription credits reach ≤10% remaining. Purchased credits roll over with active subscriptions. If subscription is canceled or downgrades, purchased credits expire.
Monthly Reset: Credits reset on your subscription renewal date. Unused subscription credits roll over.
Free Trial First: We encourage all users to test ContentRemade features using our generous free tier (10 credits/month) before upgrading to a paid subscription.
Refund Policy: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied with the service, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to find a solution.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our service for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:

We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain all intellectual property rights to your content and may use it freely for any lawful purpose.

Legal limits on our responsibility

The AI models integrated into this platform generate content based on patterns learned from training data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or be suitable for your intended purpose.
ContentRemade integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database), Stripe, Paddle & Lemon Squeezy (payment processing), Cloudflare (CDN and security), Upstash Redis (rate limiting and caching), and AI providers: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Additional AI providers may be added over time to expand model support.
How accounts can be closed or suspended
You may close your account at any time by:

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of ContentRemade shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
How we resolve disagreements
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Exception: You may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify and remain in such court.
You agree to resolve disputes with ContentRemade on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ContentRemade.
